Session reminder. A session reminder will be sent to you before 8am on the day of the session.
Cancellation policy. As this is a small private practice, a 24 hours notice of cancellation will be appreciated. For cancellations within 6 hours of the appointment, 50% of treatment cost is required. For cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment or no-show, full cost of treatment is required.
Cancellation fee will be waived when it is made more than 6 hours from the appointment. Less than 6 hours will leave little notice for waitlist clients to respond, hence the cancelled slot will often be left unattended.
