It takes a wounded healer to see a wounded traveller eye to eye,
and to help her up as how he was once aided by inspirations.
And through her wounds, both grew and evolved.
I was once wounded, but what was left empty has sprouted strength.
Original writings by The Realist, inspired by encounters in professional work in life coaching, physical therapy and PhD research.
The concept of the wounded healer reminds me of the quote: “We teach best what we most need to learn.”
Daily trying to do my own work and be the change first and foremost.

How do you go about implementing those teachings?
